State Capital Investment Subsidy	Micro, Small and Medium Industrial Unit: Subsidy @30 % (thirty percent) on cost of Plant & Machinery, subject to a ceiling of priority sector- Rs 10 crore , ceiling for non-priority sector shall be Rs 8 crore Large Industrial Unit: Subsidy @30 % (thirty percent) on cost of construction of Building and Plant & Machinery more than Rs 50 crore, subject to a ceiling of priority sector- Rs 15 crore, ceiling for non-priority sector shall be Rs 12 crore.
Interest Subvention Subsidy	For Priority Sectors, 5% interest subvention offered for 7 years For Non-priority Sectors, 4% interest subvention offered for 7 years
Net SGST Reimbursement	For Priority Sectors , 100% Net SGST for a period of 15 years from the date of commercial production subject to a ceiling of 150% of FCI. For Non-Priority Sectors , 100% Net SGST for a period of 10 years from the date of commercial production subject to a ceiling of 100% of FCI.

Main Eligibility Criteria

1
Industrial unit will be allowed to apply for registration from the date of notification up to 31.03.2026.

Grant of registration: All applications for registration shall have to be disposed of by 30.09.2026.

All registered unit have to commence production or operation within 4 years from the date of grant of registration.

All units willing to avail of incentives / subsidies have to apply for registration through the Unified Investment Portal.

1. 1st &2nd Year – unit should employ local people (individuals domicile of Meghalaya), min 25 % in Managerial Positions & 90 % in Non-Managerial Positions		2. From 3rd Year – unit should employ local people (individuals domicile of Meghalaya), min 50% in Managerial Positions & 90 % in Non-Managerial Positions
